The Robin Hood
About
A traditional award-winning real ale pub and one of the oldest public houses in Pontefract. It has been a pub since 1791 when it was owned by the Duchy of Lancaster. Expect changing cask ales from breweries such as Kirkstall and Leeds alongside two regular beers. Inside you'll find cosy snugs and open fires plus two outdoor drinking areas. It is home to the CAT Club (Classic Album Thursdays) with monthly gigs upstairs in the events space known as The Pigeon Loft. A ukulele band plays in the tap room on Monday evenings and there is a popular quiz on Tuesdays.
